At Nasfit, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges for clothing items if the size is incorrect. We want you to feel confident in your Nasfit activewear, and we’ll work with you to make sure you get the right fit.
How Our Exchange Process Works:
- Contact Us: If you need to exchange an item due to sizing, please reach out to us at info@nasfit.com.au within 30 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and the details of the exchange.
- Return the Item: After you contact us, we’ll guide you through the process of returning the item that doesn’t fit. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Receive Your New Size: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the correct size as quickly as possible. Shipping fees for the return are the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost to send you the new item.
Important Notes:
- We only accept exchanges for incorrect sizes. Other reasons, such as a change of mind, do not qualify for an exchange.
- Supplements and accessories are not eligible for exchange due to the nature of the products.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.
